Cipla Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2014 and recommendation of dividend, if any.<br/><br/>Pursuant to the above and in terms of Companys Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from 6:00 p.m. on May 21, 2014 till completion of 24 hours after the audited financial results are made public.
