Cipla Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 05, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015 (Q2).<BR><BR>Pursuant to the above and in terms of the Companys Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from October 29, 2015 till completion of 48 hours after the unaudited financial results are made public.
