Cipla Ltd has informed BSE that the Seventy-Eighth Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at Y. B. Chavan Auditorium, General Jagannath Bhosale Marg, Mumbai - 400 021 on September 03, 2014 at 3.00 p.m. and the Company shall be mailing the Annual Report of the Company for the financial year 2013-14 to the Companys shareholders shortly.<br/><br/>With reference to the earlier letter dated May 29, 2014, the dividend for the year ended March 31, 2014, subject to the approval of shareholders, will now be dispatched / credited on or after September 08, 2014.
