Citadel Realty and Developers Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27, 2015, inter alia, has taken on record the following businesses subject to the approval of the shareholders:<BR><BR>1. Formulated and approved a Code of Conduct & Code for fair disclosure under 5EBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.<BR><BR>2. Recommended the re-appointment of Mr. S. Ramamurthi, Director of the Company at the ensuing 55th Annual General Meeting.
