City Union Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Meeting of the Bank will be held on August 06, 2014, inter alia, to consider the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Pursuant to Code No. 5.1 (i) of Code of Corporate Disclosure Practices for Prevention of Insider Trading Regulations of the Bank, the Trading Window shall remain closed from August 01, 2014 till August 07, 2014 (both days inclusive) for dealing in Equity shares of the Bank for the following categories of employees / Directors - a) All Directors, b) Officials in the grade of Deputy General Manager and above, c) All employees in the Office of Secretarial, Accounts and Investment Department including Treasury Department in view of the consideration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2014. The trading window shall open for trading on August 08, 2014.
