| With dereference to the earlier announcement dated May 12, 2014 regarding the Board Meeting of the Bank will be held on May 26, 2014<br/><br/>1. to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2014 and<br/><br/>2. to consider recommendation of dividend if any, for the Financial year 2013-2014.<br/><br/>City Union Bank Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to Code No.5.1 (i) of Code of Corporate Disclosure Practices for Prevention of Insider Trading Regulations of the Bank, the Trading Window shall remain closed from May 21, 2014 till May 27, 2014 (both days inclusive) for dealing in Equity shares of the Bank for the following categories of employees / Directors - a) All Directors, b) Officials in the grade of Deputy General Manager and above, c) All employees in the Office of Secretarial, Accounts and Investment Department including Treasury Department in view of the consideration of the Audited Financial Results for the financial year ended March 31, 2014. The trading window shall open for trading on May 28, 2014. | |
