City Union Bank Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on May 23, 2015, inter alia, for:<BR><BR>1. Considering and approving the Audited Financial Results for the financial year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>2. To consider recommendation of dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>In this regard pursuant to Code No.5.1 (i) of Code of Corporate Disclosure Practices for Prevention of Insider Trading Regulations of the Bank, an intimation be and is hereby given, that the Trading Window for dealing in Equity shares of the Bank shall remain closed from May 18, 2015 till May 24, 2015 (both days inclusive).<BR><BR>The trading window shall be opened for trading in securities from May 25, 2015.
