City Union Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 12, 2016, has considered and approved an agenda on payment of Interim Dividend [@ 100%] of Re. 1/- (Rupee one) per share on face value of Re. 1/- each to the shareholders of the Bank for the FY 2015-16.<BR><BR>The Interim Dividend shall be payable on and from March 28, 2016 and will be paid within the time limits stipulated under the Companies Act 2013.<BR><BR>The Meeting commenced at 12:30 p.m. and concluded at 02:05 p.m.
