City Union Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 19, 2015 to August 24, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 24, 2015.<BR><BR>The Dividend for the FY 2014-15, if any, declared by the members at the AGM, will be paid to the members on or after August 27, 2015 and within the statutory time period.
