Claris Lifesciences Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 11, 2014, inter alia, has approved and taken on record the following:<br/><br/>1. Appointment of Ms. Milina Bose as an Additional Non Executive Non Independent Woman Director w.e.f. August 11, 2014 on Board of the Company as per the Companies Act, 2013 and revised Clause 49 of the Listing Agreement coming into effect from October 01, 2014.<br/><br/>2. Re-appointment of Mr. Arjun Handa as Vice- Chairman and Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. September 26, 2014 for period of three (3) years subject to approval of shareholders and other statutory authorities.<br/><br/>3. Appointment of SPANJ and Associates as Secretarial Auditor of the Company for year 2014.
