CMC Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 16, 2015, has declared an interim dividend of Rs. 4.35 per equity share of Rs. 10 each.<BR><BR>Further the Company has informed that, the Interim Dividend will be paid to the equity shareholders of the Company on August 04, 2015.
