CMI FPE Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 29, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, in terms of the Companys Code for prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company has been closed from October 01, 2014 to October 30, 2014 (inclusive of both days) with reference to the declaration of the above financial results of the Company.
