CMI FPE LTD. - Updates on Outcome of Board Meeting

CMI FPE Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on July 30, 2014, has discussed proposals for optimization and consolidation of manufacturing operations of the Company. The Companys Taloja plant is now fully equipped with improved infrastructure, machines and enhanced capacity to meet changing customers needs. The Company has also started a fabrication workshop at Hedavali. It is therefore decided to relocate / transfer in a phased manner the manufacturing facilities at Silvassa into the Companys Taloja and Hedavali workshops.<br/><br/>The Company has offered an alternate option to the staff at Silvassa for relocation to other workshops/establishments of the Company, and such option is being accepted.<br/><br/>The above proposal will have no significant adverse bearing on the Companys operations and performance.
