CMI FPE Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 19, 2016, inter alia, have considered and approved the following:<BR><BR>- The Board of Directors in its meeting held on May 19, 2016 did not recommended any dividend on the shares of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, the Board on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee had considered the re-appointment of Mr. Raman Madhok as Managing Director the Company w.e.f. October 09, 2016 for a period of 3 years, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company.
