With reference to the earlier announcement dated September 19, 2013 regarding Outcome of Board Meeting, CMI FPE Ltd has now informed BSE that Mr. Sanjoy Kumar Das ceased to be the Managing Director and Director of the Company effective from the close of working hours on October 08, 2013.<br/><br/>Further, the Board of Directors vide its Circular Resolution dated October 08, 2013, appointed Mr. Raman Madhok as an Additional Director and also as Managing Director of the Company with effect from October 09, 2013, subject to the approval of Members of the Company.<br/><br/>In this regard, the Company has issued a Press Release dated October 08, 2013 titled "Raman Madhok appointed as Managing Director of CMI FPE Limited."<br/>
