CMI FPE Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 30, 2014, Mr. Jean-Marc Kohlgruber - Chairman of the Board, has been mandated the position of Chief Strategic Planning Officer of CMI Group and Mr. Jean Jouet, Chief Development Officer of CMI SA would take over the position of President of CMI Industy in due course.<br/><br/>In view of the above, Mr. Jean-Marc Kohlgruber has tendered his resignation from the Board effective from the conclusion of the Board Meeting on July 30, 2014.<br/><br/>The Board at its meeting held on July 30, 2014, has also appointed Mr. Jean Jouet as an Additional Director of the Company with effect from July 31, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, Mr. R.N. Tandon, an Independent Director of the Company owing to his commitment to the social activities, has tendered his resignation from the Board effective from the condusion of the Annual General Meeting held on July 30, 2014.
