Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please note that the 31st Annual General Meeting of the Company was held on Friday, July 28, 2017 at 2.30 p.m. at Mehta House, Plot No. 64, Road No. 13, MIDC, Andheri (E), Mumbai 400093.<BR> <BR> The Chairman had ordered a poll on all the resolutions from Item No. 1 to 6 of the Notice of 31st Annual General Meeting dated May 30, 2017.
