| Coal India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company In its 310th CIL Board Meeting held on Nov 08, 2014, has accorded its approval for Project Report of 2X800 MW Coal-based Super-critical Thermal Power Plant (STPP), Hemgir (Sundargarh, Odisha), MCL with a total capital investment of Rs. 11363.18 Crores.<BR><BR>This Project is being set up by M/s. Mahanadi Basin Power Limited (MBPL) a wholly owned subsidiary of M/s. Mahanadi Coalfields Limited, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of M/s. Coal India Limited. | |
