| Colgate Palmolive (India) Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 08, 2014, inter alia, to consider and declare second interim dividend for the financial year 2014-15.<br/><br/>Pursuant to Circular issued by the Stock Exchanges regarding Closure of Trading Window and taking into consideration the declaration of second interim dividend, the Trading Window of the Company will remain closed from November 20, 2014 till the announcement of the aforesaid Interim Dividend of the Company and the said Window shall re-open 24 hours after the same is made public. | |
