| Colgate Palmolive (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 27, 2014, has declared a third interim dividend of Rs. 9/- (Rupees Nine only) per equity share of Re. 1/- (face value) for the financial year ending March 31, 2014. The said interim dividend will be paid on the paid-up equity share capital of Rs. 13.60 crore involving a total pay-out of Rs. 143.20 Crore [including dividend distribution tax].<br/><br/>Further the Company has informed that, the said interim dividend declared by the Board at their Meeting held on March 27, 2014 will be paid on April 16, 2014 to those shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company on April 03, 2014.<br/><br/>In this regard, the Company has issued a copy of Company Statement dated March 27, 2014 titled "Colgate announces Third Interim Dividend of Rs. 9 per share for 2013-14". | |
