Colgate Palmolive (India) Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 27, 2015, inter alia, to consider and declare the third interim dividend for the financial year 2014-15.<BR><BR>Pursuant to Circular issued by the Stock Exchanges regarding Closure of Trading Window and taking into consideration the upcoming financial year closure activities, the Trading Window of the Company will remain closed from March 05, 2015 till the Declaration of Annual Financial Results for FY 2014-15 of the Company and the said Window shall Open 24 hours after the same is made public.
