| Colgate Palmolive (India) Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 27, 2014, inter alia, to consider and declare the third interim dividend for the financial year 2013-14.<br/><br/>Further the Company has informed that, the Trading Window of the Company will remain closed from March 19, 2014 till the Declaration of Annual Financial Results for FY 2013-14 of the Company and the said Window shall open only 24 hours after the same is made public. | |
