| Colgate Palmolive (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 25, 2013, inter alia, has declared a first interim dividend of Rs. 9/- (Rupees nine only) per equity share of Re. 1/- (face value) for the financial year ending March 31, 2014. The said interim dividend will be paid on the paid-up equity share capital of Rs. 13.60 crore involving a total payout of Rs. 143.20 Crore (including dividend distribution tax).<br/><br/>Further the Company has informed that, the said interim dividend declared by the Board at their Meeting held on October 25, 2013, will be paid on November 20, 2013. | |
