| Colgate Palmolive (India) Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 28, 2016, inter alia, to consider and declare the third interim dividend for the financial year 2015-16.<BR><BR>Further, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from tomorrow i.e. March 03, 2016 till the declaration of aforesaid dividend by the Company and the said Window shall open 48 hours after the same is made public. | |
