| Colgate Palmolive (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 27, 2015, has declared a third interim dividend of Rs. 8/- (Rupees eight only) per equity share of Re. 1/- (face value) for the financial year ending March 31, 2015. The said interim dividend will be paid on the paid-up equity share capital of Rs. 13.60 crore involving a total pay-out of Rs. 130.54 Crore (including dividend distribution tax).<BR><BR>Further, the Company has informed that the said interim dividend declared by the Board at their Meeting held on March 27, 2015, will be paid on April 22, 2015 to those shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company on April 09, 2015.<BR><BR>In this regard, the Company has submitted to BSE a copy of Company Statement. | |
