COLGATE-PALMOLIVE (INDIA) LTD. - Board declares Second Interim Dividend

Colgate Palmolive (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 29, 2013, has declared a second interim dividend of Rs. 9/- (Rupees nine only) per equity share of Re. 1/- (face value) for the financial year ending March 31, 2014. The said Interim Dividend will be paid on the paid-up equity share capital of Rs. 13.60 Crore involving a total payout of Rs. 143.20 Crore (including dividend distribution tax).<br/><br/>Further, the said interim dividend declared by the Board at their Meeting held on November 29, 2013 will be paid on December 20, 2013.<br/><br/>In this regard, the Company has issued a copy Company Statement.
