Commex Technology Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors have approved adopted revised Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report Insider Trading and Code of Fair Disclosure as per the terms of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 vide resolution passed at the meeting of Board of Directors dated April 22, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the effective date of these Codes is May 15, 2015.
