Compucom Software Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company for the year 2016-2017 will be held on February 09, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Companys Code of conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the "Trading Window" for dealing in the shares of the<BR>Company will remain closed from February 01, 2017 till the end of 48 hours from the conclusion of the meeting for the Directors, Designated Employees and Key Management Personnel of the Company.
