In continuation to our previous communication(s), kindly take the following information on record: As required under Regulation 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and subject to approval of shareholders for issuance of bonus shares in the ratio of 1:4 (one bonus equity share of Rs.10/- each for every four existing equity shares of Rs.10/- each), the company has fixed 06.04.2017 (Thursday) as the Record date for ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for such bonus equity shares.
