Revised Financial Results (attached) in accordance with Schedule III format of Companies Act, 2013. <BR> 2. Reconciliation table for Net Profit/Loss: There was no adjustment in the profit & loss for Q1 (F.Y. 2017-18) under Ind-AS. <BR> This is to further inform that for the First time, the Financial Results are IND AS compliant.<BR> <BR> Kindly take the same on your records.<BR>
