The Unaudited Financial Results along with Limited Review Report of the Company for the first Quarter ended on June 30,2015.<BR><BR>2. To fix Day, Date, Time and Venue of Annual General Meeting.<BR><BR>3. To fix dates of Book Closure for the same.<BR><BR>4. To fix cut-off date for the purpose of e-voting.<BR><BR>Further, In accordance with the SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window shall remain closed from August 07, 2015 to August 17, 2015 (both days inclusive).
