Cords Cable Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 10, 2015, has been approved the appointment of Mr. Vijay Kumar as a Additional Director of the Company (designated as Independent Director) and subject to the approval of the company in general meeting, he shall hold office for a period of one year i.e. from January 10, 2015 to January 09, 2016. He shall not be liable to retire by rotation.
