| Cords Cable Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the 173rd Meeting of the Board of Directors of the .Company is scheduled to be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the Fourth Quarter/ Financial Year ended on March 31, 2016 along with the Statement of Assets and Liabilities for the half year ended on March 31, 2016 and other items as per the Agenda.<BR><BR>Notice is hereby also given to the exchanges that in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the Companys securities will remain closed from May 23, 2016 to June 01, 2016 (both days inclusive). | |
