| Coromandel International Ltd has announced the following results for the quarter ended June 30, 2014:<br/><br/>The Unaudited Standalone results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2014<br/><br/>The Company has posted a net profit after tax of Rs. 253.20 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2014 where as the same was at Rs. 143.50 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2013. Total Income is Rs. 17019.40 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2014 where as the same was at Rs. 16598.30 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2013.<br/><br/>The Consolidated Results are as follows:<br/><br/>The Unaudited Consolidated results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2014<br/><br/>The Group has posted a net profit after taxes and minority interest of Rs. 325.50 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2014 where as the same was at Rs. 214.20 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2013. Total Income is Rs. 18972.30 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2014 where as the same was at Rs. 19138.30 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2013.<br/><br/>- The figures for the quarter ended March 31, 2014 are the balancing figures between the audited figures of the full financial year ended March 31, 2014 and the published year to date figures upto third quarter ended December 31, 2013. Consequent to giving effect to the Scheme of Amalgamation of LPL and LUL with the Company w.e.f. April 01, 2013 during the quarter ended March 31, 2014, the standalone figures relating to that quarter includes 12 months' figures of LPL and LUL. Accordingly, the previous periods standalone figures are not comparable. | |
