| Corporation Bank has informed BSE that an election was held at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the shareholders of the Bank held on August 25, 2014 for election of three shareholder directors.<br/><br/>In the election, out of the nine candidates the following three candidates polled majority of the votes and accordingly they were elected as directors.<br/><br/>1. Shri Sushobhan Sarker<br/>2. Ms.Chitra Gouri Lal<br/>3. Shri Ramesh Kumar Bhat<br/><br/>The above three directors shall be deemed to assume office from August 26, 2014 for a period of three years from the date of assumption that is till August 25, 2017.<br/><br/>The elected shareholder directors are not related between themselves or to any of the existing directors of the Bank. | |
