Corporation Bank has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on August 07, 2015, inter alia, to consider the Un-Audited Financial Results (subject to Limited Review") of the Bank for the first quarter ended June 30, 2015 (Q1).<BR><BR>In terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the Banks shares shall remain closed from July 31, 2015 to August 08, 2015 (both days inclusive) for all designated employees, Directors and Statutory Central Auditors of the Bank.
