Corporation Bank has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank is scheduled to be held on May 20, 2017, inter alia:<BR><BR>1. To consider amongst others, the Audited Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter / year ended on March 31, 2017.<BR><BR>2. To recommend Dividend for FY2016-17, if any.<BR><BR>3. To consider raising of capital.<BR><BR>In terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the Banks shares shall remain closed from May 15, 2017 to May 22, 2017 (both days inclusive) for all designated employees, Directors and Statutory Central Auditors of the Bank etc.
