Corporation Bank has informed BSE that India Ratings and Research Pvt. Ltd., a unit of FITCH Ratings, has assigned the Ratings to the Proposed issue of Basel III compliant (i) Additional Tier-1 Bond issue of Rs. 500 crores with Green Shoe Option of Rs. 500 crores and (ii) Tier - 2 Bond of Rs. 250 crores with Green Shoe Option of Rs. 250 crores, of the Bank.
