This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank is scheduled to be held on 11th August 2017, inter alia, to consider amongst others, the Unaudited (Reviewed) Financial Results of the Bank for the first quarter ended on 30th June, 2017.<BR> <BR> In terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the Bank's shares shall remain closed from 04.08.2017 to 13.08.2017 (both days inclusive) for all designated employees, Directors and Statutory Central Auditors of the Bank etc.<BR> <BR> This information is furnished in terms of Regulation 29 (1) (a) and proviso to Regulation 29 (2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
