Country Club India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 14, 2014, inter alia, has:<br/><br/>1. Recommended a Final bividend of 5% i.e. Rs. 0.10 on each Fully paid-up Equity Share of Rs. 2 (Rupees Two Only) to the Non-promoters of the Company for the Financial Year 2013-14.<br/><br/>2. Apointed Mr. A. Sekhar as Joint-CFO of the Company for Telangana and Andhra Pradesh division.<br/><br/>3. Appointed Mr. M. Tataji as Joirit-CFO of the Company for Karnataka and Tarnil Nadu division.<br/><br/>4. Appointed Mr. K. Phaneendra Rao as Joint-CFO of the Company for PAN India (other than above division).
