With reference to the earlier announcement dated February 13, 2015 regarding "Announces Q3 results & Limited Review Report for the Quarter ended December 31, 2014" Cox & Kings Ltd has now submitted to BSE a revised copy of quarterly financial results for the period ended December 2014.<BR><BR>In this respect kindly be informed that due to excel linking error, some of the numbers os appearing in the table in Para 9 of the Consolidated results are required to be corrected. <BR><BR>The Company further informed that the changes do not affect the total figures as reflected in Point No 9 and 11 (Consol Result PART I) i.e. Net Profit before tax and Net Profit after tax and any other information given in financial results.
