Credit Analysis and Research Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 15, 2014, have declared a Special Dividend (Interim Dividend 2) of Rs. 65/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for financial year 2014-2015.<br/><br/>The aforesaid Special Dividend (Interim Dividend 2) for the financial year 2014-2015 will be paid to the shareholders on or before October 14, 2014.
