Crest Ventures Ltd has informed BSE that the Fine Estates Private Limited and Crest Ventures Limited are promoters of Fortune Financial Services (India) Limited.<BR><BR>Pursuant to the Share Purchase Agreement (hereinafter referred as SPA) dated November 27, 2014 and terms and conditions mentioned in the said SPA and post completion of open offer, Fine Estates Private Limited has sold its entire shareholding in Fortune Financial Services (India) Limited on May 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further pursuant to the said SPA, as per terms conditions mentioned therein and post completion of open offer, Fine Estates Private Limited and Crest Ventures Limited ceases to be the promoter(s) and person acting in concern (PAC) of Fortune Financial Services (I) Limited.
