Crest Ventures Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Rohan Gavas, Company Secretary and the Compliance Officer of the Company have resigned from the services of the Company.<BR><BR>The Company has accepted his resignation and relieved him from all the duties and responsibilities effective from close of business hours on April 13, 2016. Consequent upon his resignation, Ms. Manasi Modak, Assistant Company Secretary shall act as a Compliance Officer till the appointment of a suitable candidate for the said post.
