Products Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has received a notice dated August 27, 2013 from the Central Income Tax Department, Faridabad with respect to proclamation of sale of one of the property of the Company which was earlier attached by the said department for recovery of its dues.<br/><br/>The said Notice stipulates that in the absence of any order of postponement, the said property shall be sold by TRO, Central, Faridabad by public auction at 11:00 A.M. on the September 16, 2013 at Conference Room, Central Revenue Building (New Wing), Opp- Hotel Skylark, Jalandhar, Punjab.<br/><br/>Description of Property Put on Auction is as Follows :<br/><br/>Property at Industrial Property - 140, Focal Point, Leather Complex, Kapurthala Road, Jalandhar<br/><br/>Consisting of the following:<br/><br/>i) Land-9564.44 Sq.
