With reference to the earlier letter dated November 20, 2015 informing that the Honorable High Court of Judicature at Bombay has approved the Scheme of Demerger of the Consumer Products Business Unit of the Crompton Greaves Limited (CG) into CG's wholly owned subsidiary Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited (CGCEL) on November 20, 2015.<BR><BR>Crompton Greaves Ltd has now informed BSE that the authenticated copy of the High Court Order has been filed by the Company with the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra on December 31, 2015.
