The Exchange had sought clarification from Crompton Greaves Ltd with respect to news appearing in The Economic Times on February 09, 2015 titled "Avantha Tweaks Rejig Plan, may Sell Crompton's Industrial Biz."<BR><BR>Crompton Greaves Ltd replied stating "We wish to inform you that the Industrial BU business of the Company is integrated as a division of the Company and the Board of Directors of the Company has not entered into any Agreement for sale of its Industrial BU business."
