Crompton Greaves Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 29, 2014, inter alia, has declared an interim dividend of 20% i.e. Rs. 0.40 per share.<br/><br/>Further, the Board of Directors have approved a Scheme of Amalgamation of CG-ZIV Power Automation Solutions Limited and CG Energy Management Ltd (wholly owned subsidiaries) with Crompton Greaves Limited. The amalgamation will be effective from April 01, 2014 (Appointed Date), subject to receipt of all Regulatory approvals.
