Crompton Greaves Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 19, 2015, inter alia, to consider a strategic evaluation of salient aspects of the Scheme of Arrangement of the Company and Crompton Greaves Consumer Products Limited (CGCPL) with respect to demerger of the Consumer Products business of the Company, based on the approval of the SEBI received on February 03, 2015.<BR><BR>The review of the Scheme will also comprise possibility of cancellation of CGs shareholding in CGCPL, which would result into a 100% demerger, and the shareholding pattern of the CGCPL mirroring the shareholding pattern of the Company.
