Cummins India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 10, 2014, have declared an interim dividend of Rs. 5/- per equity share on 277,200,000 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each for the Financial Year 2014-15. The dividend warrants for the said interim dividend will be dispatched by October 06, 2014 and the dividend will be paid on October 09, 2014.
